Then the keyword plug-in can be used to parse and insert the content of the message into your desired inquiry processing system. Once the inquiry is updated, the SMS generation plug-in can generate the SMS based on customized event(s), and Aruhat CRM can send such generated SMS to target receivers. Aruhat CRM has the capability to integrate with such multiple systems at the same time. You can have different inquiry/sales/reporting systems, which can be published to your SMS users with different keywords with the same mobile number. “
